Pilgrimages

Join us on a guided soulful Camino

Have you dreamt of walking the Camino but need some support?

Do you want the best of an individual journey and group companionship?

Are you looking to walk the Camino in a soulful and meaningful way?

With the recent rise in the popularity and commercialization of the Camino, there are now many ways to experience it, with many companies offering organized pilgrimages and tours.

At Flores del Camino, we are committed to fostering a more intentional and soulful approach to the pilgrimage.

We believe in walking the Camino as a pilgrim, not a tourist. We frame and support your journey to nurture a deep experience of this profound pilgrimage journey.

We offer an annual three week pilgrimage to Santiago, as well as several shorter four day and seven day Caminos to the Valley of Silence throughout the year. Our Caminos are thoughtfully crafted to provide a complete and meaningful experience.

Our groups are small—ranging from 6 to 10 pilgrims—to ensure a more intimate and personal journey, fostering connection and a deeper sense of community. Early sign ups are recommended.

Shorter Camino to the Valley of Silence as part of Retreats

What you will receive

Practical & Spiritual Preparation

The Camino begins even before you step foot on it. To help you get ready, you will receive practical information - including equipment lists and advice - as well as resources and zoom sessions to prepare inwardly. We hold space for people of all faiths or none.

Travel from & to the Airport

How you begin and end this journey matters. Our pilgrimages start with a retreat at our soulful retreat center on the Camino, setting the tone for a meaningful experience. We offer a door-to-door pick-up service from Madrid airport on the starting day as well as drop-off on the final day.

Time in Retreat

This invaluable gentle entry time, will prepare you for the pilgrimage journey and deepen your experience of it. Delve into themes of temenos, the historical and mythical context of the Camino, and gain insight into sacred architecture and sacred designs to deepen your ways of seeing.

Walking Alone Together

We carefully balance your individual journey and personal walking pace with the value of group companionship. Along the way, you’ll have the freedom to walk alone, join others, and embrace meaningful moments of shared reflection.

Accommodation & Staying in Special Places

There are lots of towns and villages on the Camino. We ensure that you stay in the most beautiful and authentic places. You can appreciate individual rooms with private bathrooms (*unless there are no availability). We handpick accommodation that is comfortable and most embodies the spirit and hospitality of the Camino.

Logistics

We take care of logistical concerns, providing you with the necessary information before and during your walk. An experienced guide will accompany your group, helping you shape your Camino experience. For example we will explain how to organise your bag transfer should you need it and we are on hand with transport for those that need extra support.
